About us
Electrical safety inspection, done to standard.
Texas SoluTech conducts structured electrical safety audits across industrial, commercial, oil & gas, and EV charging installations — referencing IEC 60364, BS 7671, and applicable KEBS standards. Every inspection produces a traceable record. Every certificate carries a QC-approved sign-off.
Our mission
Electrical safety must be documented, not assumed
A paper-based inspection leaves gaps. Scores are calculated by hand and may never be verified. Non-conformances are noted on a form that no one tracks to resolution. The auditor's judgement call on a critical finding goes unreviewed. The final “report” is whatever was written in the field.
We built a platform where every checkpoint response is captured digitally, every non-conformance generates a structured finding, every score is calculated automatically, and every certificate is produced only after a QC Manager has reviewed and approved the audit record. The complete chain is logged — field to management to client — with user identities and timestamps at each stage.
Precision
Every checkpoint maps to a specific clause in IEC 60364 or BS 7671 — so a non-conformance can be cited by standard reference, not just described in general terms.
Reliability
Pre-built templates enforce the same inspection sequence on every site visit, regardless of which auditor conducts it or how familiar they are with the installation.
Traceability
Every action — from checkpoint answer to QC sign-off — is logged with a user identity and timestamp. The record cannot be altered after approval.
Efficiency
Compliance percentages calculate automatically. PDF certificates generate on approval. Managers review and approve — they don't compile or format.
Our expertise
The audits we specialise in
Each programme has its own template, checkpoint criteria, and scoring structure — built for the specific installation type it covers.
Industrial-ESA
Industrial Electrical Safety
LV switchgear, substations, diesel generators, earthing systems, cabling, and protective devices in industrial plant environments.
Commercial-ESA
Commercial Electrical Safety
Distribution boards, LT panels, functional and emergency lighting, AC systems, and UPS installations in commercial buildings.
OilandGas-ESA
Oil & Gas Electrical Safety
Hazardous area classification, Ex-rated equipment verification, and zone compliance per IEC 60079 in oil and gas facilities.
EVCharging-ESA
EV Charging Station Safety
AC/DC charging station power supply, earthing and bonding, protection device ratings, cable management, and user safety.
FLS
Fire & Life Safety
Fire suppression systems, detection and annunciation equipment, egress routes, and evacuation compliance.
CSA
Civil & Structural
Structural integrity, safety-critical features, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance for civil and structural assets.
OSA
Operational Safety
Safety management systems, personnel compliance, resource utilisation, and environmental performance against operational standards.
Mechanical-MA
Mechanical Audit
HVAC systems, plumbing installations, exhaust ventilation, compressed air, and mechanical safety features and records.
Our approach
Structured. Enforced. Accountable.
Each audit programme reflects the inspection logic of its installation type — not a reused generic checklist. The platform enforces the process: fields cannot be skipped without a reason, critical findings cannot be resolved without evidence, and certificates cannot be issued without QC sign-off.
- Inspection templates structured to match how each installation is actually laid out — panel by panel, zone by zone
- Scoring criteria calibrated to IEC 60364 and BS 7671 — critical findings carry proportionally greater weight
- Certificates written for two audiences: the engineer who needs the technical detail, and the client who needs to understand their compliance position
- Workflow designed so a finding raised in the field cannot be closed, lost, or skipped before QC review
Template-driven, not technician-driven
The inspection sequence and checkpoint list are fixed by the audit programme — not decided on the day by whoever is on site. Every auditor covers the same ground in the same order.
Automatic scoring, weighted for risk
Compliance percentages are calculated from checkpoint responses the moment they are entered. Critical findings — failed earth continuity, inadequate overcurrent protection — carry proportionally greater weight.
QC-gated certificate release
Certificates are generated only after a QC Manager has reviewed every response, photo, and finding, and formally approved the audit. The platform enforces this — there is no way to bypass the review stage.
Full audit trail, permanently attached
Every action — checkpoint answer, query raised, auditor response, manager approval — is logged with a timestamp and the identity of the user who performed it. The record cannot be altered after sign-off.
