Texas SoluTech (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an electrical safety audit management company based in Nairobi, Kenya. We operate an internal platform used by our auditors, quality control managers, and client representatives to conduct, document, and review electrical safety inspections.

- Audit and inspection data — site information, checkpoint responses, photographs, measurement values, and non-conformance records submitted by field auditors.

- Usage data — log data, IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, collected automatically when you use our website or platform.

We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and maintain the audit management platform

Photographs and documents associated with audits are stored in encrypted cloud storage (AWS S3). Access is restricted to authorised platform users with the relevant role permissions.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Audit records and compliance certificates are retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy any regulatory or legal requirements.
Contact form submissions are retained only for the period necessary to respond to and resolve the enquiry.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable Kenyan data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to or request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
