Audit records and compliance certificates are retained for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to satisfy any regulatory or legal requirements.

Contact form submissions are retained only for the period necessary to respond to and resolve the enquiry.

Subject to applicable Kenyan data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also object to or request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
